ROUTESETTING / DSKALA PATAGONIA

Every boulder starts
with an idea.

Routesetting means designing movement. We choose holds, build sequences and test as a team to create challenges at different levels and in different styles.

Create. Test.
Keep improving.

01

Plan

We look at the levels and styles our walls need before choosing the next challenges.

02

Build

We shape the movement, connecting the starting holds, positions and finish.

03

Test together

We climb, share alternative solutions and adjust distances, holds and difficulty.

04

Review and open

We check the problem and its surroundings before finishing it and opening it to our community.

Quality, variety and progression guide our work. Resets and routesetting notices are announced through our channels.

Behind every climb.

A boulder takes shape through ideas, testing and adjustments. Our community completes the experience when they start climbing it.

WALL RESETS

New boulders.
New ways to move.

We reset boulders every two weeks, working by wall section. A reset renews the problems in a wall section: we remove holds and existing climbs to build new ones. Sequences, footholds and challenges change.

Our aim is a variety of levels and styles so you can keep learning and working on new projects. We test problems as a team and make adjustments before opening them.

Reset notices, sector changes and special opening hours are shared through our channels.
